A small pilot.
A clear question.

Does a mutual phrase check fit your adviser–client calls involving sensitive instructions?

Suggested scope

Start with five established adviser–client pairs, one call workflow, and a two-week evaluation after setup. Confirm the group, schedule, support, and any commercial terms together before starting.

Before the first call

Choose the calls that warrant a check. Each participant needs HiSign on their own phone. Arrange in-person contact exchange using QR or NFC, then try a practice call. Record where participants need assistance.

During the evaluation

Open the established contact during the call. Read “You say,” then compare what you hear with “They say.” Both people take part. Continue to follow the organization’s normal callback, authorization, approval, and recordkeeping procedures.

Practice an exception

Rehearse an unavailable phone or a mismatch. Pause the request and follow the agreed callback or escalation path. A mismatch is not by itself proof of a scam; a match is not authorization to act.

Review before expanding

Review setup effort, practice-call completion, participant understanding, exception handling, and support needs. Use volunteered observations, without collecting relationship secrets or live phrases. Agree whether to continue, adjust, or stop.

What a match tells you

A match shows both devices hold the established relationship secrets for the current minute. It does not by itself prove who is speaking or rule out relay or coercion.

This is a proposed evaluation, not a customer case study or a commitment to a particular outcome.
