HiSignThe New Hello. Get the app
For teams who already know each other

Before you act.
Check the words.

A call asks you to change a payment, share access, or change plans. Make a phrase check part of the conversation with the HiSign™ app.

Add each other in person. On a call, compare a private phrase pair that changes every minute.

Your contacts. Your phrase check. A look inside the HiSign app.
Make the expectation mutual

“Let’s check our HiSign”
should feel as ordinary as
“Can you hear me?”

Agree together on when to use a phrase check. Give every colleague permission to ask, whatever their role.

A place in the conversation

A request. A check.
A considered next step.

Agree when to check before a call feels urgent. Here is one way to fit the habit into your team’s existing process.

A suggested workflow for colleagues who have already paired

Set up before you need it. Install HiSign on both phones and add each other in person.

  1. A request comes in.

A payment change, an access request, or a change of plan you agreed to check.

  2. Compare both ways.

Open the established contact. Read yours; compare theirs. Both people take part.

    “Let’s check our HiSign.”

  3. Follow your procedure.

Use the usual callback and approval steps before acting on the request.

No match, or no way to check?

Pause the request and use your agreed callback or escalation route. A mismatch alone is not proof of a scam.

A matching phrase pair shows possession of the established relationship secrets for the current minute. A match is not authorization to act.

Choose the calls that matter

Give the habit
a place in the work.

A few places to try a phrase check with colleagues you’ve already added, alongside your usual procedures.

A payment instruction

Compare phrases with a paired colleague, then follow the normal payment approval process.

An access request

Use a phrase check with an established contact as an additional step in your access procedure.

A change of plan

Agree which changes warrant a check before the team acts on a call.

Start with one colleague

Try the habit.
Then make it yours.

01

Try it with a colleague.

Install the app on both phones and add each other in person using QR or NFC.

02

Practice both sides.

On a practice call, read your phrase and compare theirs. Both people do the check.

03

Have a plan for a mismatch.

Document when to check and how to handle a mismatch, unavailable phone, or urgent request.

Before it becomes a team habit

A few shared
expectations.

Make the procedure easy to ask for, and clear to follow.

Does the whole team share one phrase?

No. Each established contact relationship has its own phrase pair. Set up the relationships where you want to check calls.

What does a match tell us?

If the words match, both devices hold the established relationship secrets for this minute. It does not by itself prove who is speaking or rule out relay or coercion.

Who owns the team procedure?

Choose someone to keep the agreed triggers, callback numbers, and escalation route current. Practice a routine call and an exception so everyone knows the next step.
